Adult Signature Required

Due to the recent FDA ruling, all vape products are now considered tobacco products and regulated accordingly. Since the ruling, Mastercard has issued new requirements about the sale, shipping of our products . IN ADDITION TO AGE VERIFICATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING, ADULT SIGNATURE IS NOW REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY OF ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITH MASTERCARD. Unfortunately, USPS considers "adult signatures" to be from someone 21 years of age or older. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. At this time, Mastercard is the only card company with such requirements. If you feel you may not be able to sign for your package, you may consider using a different credit card.

For Hawaii and Alaska

Due to the inability of USPS to determine shipping rates, you may be contacted to pay additional shipping charges from the order amount.

During checkout you will be presented with available shipping options for your order and your geographic region.

Delivery Time
Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method you choose, the time your order is placed and your geographic region. Please keep in mind that carriers do not delivery on weekends, major holidays and also that inclement weather can delay shipments, this is beyond the control of Vape Vine. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may vary.

First Class
First class mail is the cheapest shipping option for order under 12oz but first class does not have a guaranteed delivery time.

Priority Mail
Priority mail has an estimated time delivery window. Priority Mail IS NOT GUARANTEED The delivery time varies for different parts of the country.

Postal Errors
Vape Vine is not responsible and cannot control postal errors. Occasionally, the post office does things like:
Sends a package to Nevada instead of Maryland,
Delivers packages to the wrong address,
Loses packages,
Says they
Misplaces packages.

We do our best to help resolve these issues but they are beyond our control. In such cases, we will send a replacement package once we have contacted the post office.

Tracking Numbers Issues

It is common occurrence that  tracking numbers are not consistently updated by USPS. This happens regularly. Occasionally, the tracking will show "printed" until the day it is out for delivery, at which time all tracking updates populate. We cannot control this and has contacted the USPS several times to no avail. When we try to contact the post office about stuff like this......they just check the tracking....thats all they can do or tell us. If your package has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time for your location we will make arrangements to replace it. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 24HRS FOR TRACKING TO UPDATE.

Tracking says "Printed" has my order shipped?
When your order is shipped by us you will receive the following:

If you have received these 2 email your order has been shipped no matter what tracking says. We do not send these emails until your order has shipped. Occasionally, USPS tracking info does not update until the day of delivery. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 24HRS FOR TRACKING TO UPDATE.

Order Processing
Generally, orders made before 5pm M-F will ship same day and orders placed after 5pm will ship next business day. All orders will be processed in the order they were received. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be processed or ship until Monday

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. All FREE SHIPPING orders will ship USPS Priority.

Tracking information, when applicable to the method you select, will be included with your shipping confirmation email or sent to you in a separate email.
